What is mental coaching?
Mental coaching can take many forms and be applied in various contexts. The primary focus of my coaching is on how we can train our mind by focusing on mental aspects of both sports and life, to boost and optimize performance, and be more effective in everyday life. In sports, we can't always control the results or the outcome of our performances. What we can do though, is control our mindset and our work ethic, and thats where I believe I can help.
My approach to mental coaching blends my academic background in sport and exercise psychology with my personal experiences as a professional athlete. This combination allows me to provide both evidence-based strategies, and practical insights from personal experience, to ensure that my coaching addresses both the scientific and real-world aspects of athletic performance.
