General Information

Company Information: Bjarni Mark slf., located at Huldubraut 7, operates this website and all services provided through it.
Service Description: This website provides sport psychology advice, mental- and wellbeing coaching services, the booking of lectures/presentations and downloadable recipe e-books intended for personal use only.

Use of Website

Content Usage: All materials provided on this website, including e-books and other downloadable content, are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without express permission from Bjarni Mark slf.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse this website, engage in illegal activities, or attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality.

Purchases, Payments, and Refund Policy

Payments: Payments for the recipe e-books are securely processed through Rapyd. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed prices for products and services as advertised. For the coaching services, which offers subscription alternatives, payments are not processed through Rapyd, they are paid through bills, that will be sent out to clients. For the subscription alternative, if you purchase a 3-month subscription, you are bind to pay the full amount for 3-months, either 3 bills spread out through the 3-months, or one bill including the full amount.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds for downloadable items (e.g., e-books) are not provided once access has been granted. For the coaching service, if you are unable to attend and receive the full service in which you have paid for, refunds can be discussed by sending an email to bjarnimark2@gmail.com. However if you have received a service, we can not guarantee specific outcomes from using any products or services. Results will vary based on individual commitment, background, and other factors beyond our control, therefore a refund is not available after having received a service.
Cancellation Policy: For coaching services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund if you have already paid. Rescheduling is available up until 2 hours before an appointment. For the subscription alternative, if you purchase a 3-month or 6-mont subscription, you are bind to pay the full amount for the 3, or 6-months. Should you not find time or not be able to receive the service included in your subscription period, rescheduling and adjustments are available, by simply contacting me at bjarnimark2@gmail.com and we will figure out the best solution.
